What we collect

We collect your email address (via Google Sign-In), the resume text you upload, and the job descriptions you analyse. We do not collect browsing history, passwords, or any data outside of what you explicitly provide.

How we use your data

Your resume and job description text are sent to OpenAI's API for analysis. We store analysis results in Firebase Firestore to provide your history. Resume files are stored in Firebase Storage and are only accessible to you.

Data retention

Analysis results are retained for 12 months. You can delete your account and all associated data by emailing support@skillfox.ai.

Third-party services

We use OpenAI (for AI analysis), Firebase (for authentication and storage), and Razorpay (for payments). Each of these services has their own privacy policy.
